To continue our growth and improve our products, we are looking for a self-motivating and innovative Solution specialist who wants to work with a range of assignments related to customer relations, project management and data analyses. About the role
As a Solution specialist you will be the face of Mindway AI’s tech primarily towards our customers, but also partners and experts (Psychologists). We deal with some of the largest operators worldwide within the gambling space, and as such you will be in daily contact with Responsible gambling specialists and leaders from all over the world. As the front runner of the tech team, you will also be the one who is exposed most to constructive discussions with operators around responsible gambling and our solutions. As a result you will build a profound knowledge on responsible gambling and player protection approaches - and what paths we can take to improve on our solutions.
As a Solutions specialist you will be coordinating on our short term priorities and planning customer implementation strategies. As a third-party vendor, our foremost priority lies in accommodating customer requirements and building seamless integrations. As a result, our project prioritisation and planning are subject to continuous evaluation and adaptation.
Your main responsibilities

Leading customers through our Tech sales funnel, handling demos, pilots, workshops and mock solution setups. Taking ownership of that process and necessary materials.

Coordinating, planning and prioritising our tech resources to ensure that we can deliver on customer requests.

Collaborating closely with our customers to establish system integrations that ensure optimal utility of our software.

Delivering on consultancy based customer requests, from training their specialists to developing customised solutions.

Collaborating with our expert psychologists around making the best possible feature labelling, getting the most out of relatively small datasets.

Participating in and contributing to design ideas, innovation and most importantly objective and constructive discussions.
Our expectations to you
-
Relevant educational background (e.g. Cognitive science, cand.merc., cand.it, cand.oecon, cand.scient.). Alternatively 3+ years professional experience in a customer-facing technical role.

Experience with project management, timelines and deliveries.

Experience working with data - making data driven decisions through analyses and visualisations.

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, having a clear communication style which caters and adapts both to technical and non-technical recipients.

Autonomous, mature and professional in dealing with individuals at senior levels.
