QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Knowledgeable about best practice in documentation management
- Knowledgeable about best practice in training management
- Great experience with the mentioned tasks
- Written and spoken English are (close to) that of a native speaker
- Affinity for IT and document management systems
- Able to start right away
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start rigth away
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible to deliver up to date documentation and training aligned to product software releases
- Establish and maintain documentation & training management plan
- Create and maintain applicable documentation & training list comprised of product documentation, installation documentation, trouble shooting guides, product customer documentation, common product trainings and specific product trainings
- Planning and monitoring of documentation & training updates aligned with product release plans
- Identification and planning of documentation & training with contribution of program stakeholder (development, deployment, services, marketing, authors)
- Managing peer reviews to mature and validate documentation content
- Version management of documentation and trainings aligned with product releases
- Monitors and reports on progress of product documentation & training delivery in agreement with program management
- Responsible for delivery on time and on quality
